Return/Exchange
Our aim at Ytaminz is for you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your order, we are committed to making the return or exchange procedure as effortless as possible. Here’s our policy for returns and exchanges for items bought from Ytaminz:
Enjoy free returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with tags and packaging intact. while requesting for return/exchange state the reason for the return and a picture of the wrong/damaged product. For multiple exchanges, please make separate requests for each item, specifying size and color. please submit the reason and photo.
After 7 days, we unfortunately can’t process returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding.
We offer a one-time exchange within the first 7 days. Please carefully select your size and color, as we can’t accommodate returns or exchanges on exchanged items. Your understanding is appreciated.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please request an exchange on our website within 7 days of delivery. We’re here to help!
"Combo Return Policy: If you’ve bought multiple items as part of a combo deal and decide to return one, the refund will be based on the individual item’s price, not the combo price. For instance, if you buy 2 cotton Kurtas for Rs. 1789 at a 10% discount (paying Rs. 899 each instead of Rs. 999) and return one, your refund will be Rs. 790 (1789-999). This policy applies across all product categories.
Discount Adjustment: When returning items from a multi-item order, the discount is recalculated based on the items you keep. For example, if you buy 3 items with a 25% discount and return 2, the discount is adjusted to 10% for the remaining 2 items."
For exchanges, you can choose an item of equal or lesser value. If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference within 7 days of receiving the returned item. We’re committed to your satisfaction and are always here to help.
Cancellations:
- You can cancel an order at any time before it is shipped.
- To cancel, notify us in writing by contacting us at +919888710711 or emailing us at customercare@ytaminzfashion.com. Be sure to include your order details.
Cancellation After Dispatch:
- If your order has already been dispatched and you still wish to cancel it, we will issue a refund, minus the delivery charge.
Cancellation Before Dispatch:
- If the order has not been dispatched, you will be entitled to a full refund, usually within 1-2 days.
Refunds:
For Prepaid Orders:
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original mode of payment.Â
- The refund will typically reflect in your account within 7–10 days from the time it is issued from our end.
 For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders:
 - For COD orders, there will be no refund since no payment was made upfront.
Repayment Period:
 - The repayment period largely depends on the bank.
 - Banks typically send an SMS to customers for credit amounts greater than INR 5000.
Refund Confirmation:
 - If your refund is less than INR 5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.
